How do you feel about changing your motorcycle’s tires? We enjoy it! But it wasn’t like this few years ago. Back in 2012, Jakob and Tõnu were two enduro-riding buddies who loved the sport but got really dispirited when the time came to change tires. Eventually, instead of forever regularly agonizing about it they took on the challenge to turn changing tires into a quick and easy job. After some trial and error, they came up with a tool that enabled 3-minute tire changes regardless if it was air tube, tubeless or bib-mousse. With this tool it took them exactly 3 minutes to change a desert tire with a mousse insert. Obviously, they named it a 3-Minute Tire Changer.

And in case you are wondering where the Rabaconda name comes from… Rabaconda is a mythical or possibly even a prehistoric snake-kinda-creature that breeds near off-road trails on every human inhabited continent.
Tõnu is the engineer behind the Rabaconda products.
He is responsible for product development, manufacturing, quality control and after-sales services. He has been riding motocross and enduro bikes since his early childhood. He is a 5-time Estonian and Baltic champion and 3-time member of the Estonian Trophy Team at the International Six Days of Enduro. He has a master’s degree in production engineering from the Estonian University of Life Sciences.
Jakob is responsible for business development.
He is a seasoned entrepreneur and has been involved in global sales and marketing for most of his professional life. He has been a dedicated enduro rider since 2006, claiming many podium places on the amateur circuit. He was also a member of the Enduro Commission of the Estonian Motorcycling Federation and has a master’s degree in international business from the Copenhagen Business School.
Vero is the central administrative and customer service powerhouse here at Team Rabaconda keeping everyone and everything on track.
She can make just about anything happen, she is passionate about making things better for customers and the team at Rabaconda. Brilliantly bright, she has a degree in business and languages, she can happily blabber away in English, French and German.
When she is not enjoying the challenges of life at Rabaconda, she loves nothing better than to inhale the precious air of the countryside whilst walking with her beautiful dog Megan.
