The heavy-duty fork seal kit is an evolution of the green seal kit, featuring an upgraded dirt wiper with a dual-lip design, creating an additional labyrinth to prevent contamination from reaching the oil seal. The spring of the dirt wiper is also optimized with open coils so mud does not get stuck and cleaning is easier.
This unique design consists of two special rubber compounds and redesigned geometry for both the wiper lip and the sealing lip. The molded combination of the compounds, along with improved sealing lip properties, provides better conformity to the fork tube. Additionally, a new metal insert and an open-coil spring on the wiper lip effectively prevent the ingress of contaminants.
