This AXP skid plate for the Honda XL750 Transalp weighs only 3.8 kg and is made from 8 mm thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE). This material offers excellent impact absorption and returns to its original shape after impacts.
The skid plate provides complete protection for the most exposed components of your bike. The exhaust system, which is highly vulnerable during off-road riding, is fully protected. The crankcase is reinforced with a 30 mm thick plastic section at the front and an additional reinforcement on the rear beam to prevent dents.
The water pump is also well protected thanks to a high-rising guard that shields it from debris and splashes.
Installation is straightforward, and all mounting hardware is included.
